2. Hosting and technical operation
Our website and email mailboxes are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider under Article 28 GDPR.
When you visit the website, technical connection data is processed, including your IP address, time of access, requested address, volume of data transferred, request status, browser and operating system information supplied by your browser and, where applicable, the referring page. This processing allows us to deliver the website, identify errors and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.
Technical logs are retained only for as long as required for operation, troubleshooting and security. Where a specific security incident occurs, relevant data may be retained until the incident has been resolved and to safeguard legal claims. 3. Contact form and email
When you contact us, we process your email address, selected topic, message and any name you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. Providing your name is optional. Fields marked as required are necessary for processing your enquiry through the form; the form cannot send a message without them.
The form uses Contact Form 7 on our own webspace. Messages are sent to us by email through ALL-INKL and processed in our mailbox. We do not use an additional external form or email delivery service. In our configuration, Contact Form 7 does not maintain its own message archive in WordPress.
For enquiries relating to a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and considering suggestions about our products. We do not use these details for a newsletter or advertising mailing list.
Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with and further retention is no longer necessary. Statutory retention obligations and any retention needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims remain unaffected. Where such obligations apply, we restrict processing to those purposes.
4. Protection against automated messages
We use WP Armour as a locally operated honeypot spam protection tool. Additional form fields, which should not be completed during normal use, and technical checks help identify automated submissions. These checks take place on our website; form contents are not sent to an external CAPTCHA or spam protection service for this purpose. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is protection against spam and the reliable operation of the contact form.
5. Cookies and restricted areas
When you sign in to restricted areas, WordPress may use technically necessary cookies, for example to check cookie support and maintain your signed-in session. Session cookies expire with the session; persistent login cookies may remain for up to two weeks if you select “Remember me”. You can delete cookies through your browser. Signing in may be restricted without the necessary cookies.
Where storage and access are necessary for the sign-in you expressly request, they are based on Section 25(2)(2) of the German TDDDG. Associated processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in secure administration and access control. The test version at neu.dgl-lernsoftware.com is currently accessible only after signing in.
6. Content, external links and apps
We do not use visitor analytics or advertising tracking on this website. Fonts are supplied by your device; product images and store badges are loaded from our own webspace. References to the Apple App Store, Google Play or other websites are ordinary links. You visit the respective provider’s service only when you follow a link. Its own privacy information applies to processing there.
This policy covers the website. Processing within our apps is described in their separate privacy policies: Kiggbe and Motanali. A feature or service used exclusively within an app does not thereby become part of this website.
7. Security and recipients
The connection to this website is encrypted using HTTPS. Enquiries are accessible only to those who need them to respond, and to our hosting and email provider acting as a processor. Disclosure may also be necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Our form and email delivery setup does not provide for sending form contents to a service outside the EU or EEA.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Right to object: Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. We will then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves legal claims. You may object to direct marketing at any time without giving particular reasons.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the place where you live or work or where the alleged infringement occurred. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based on website enquiries, nor do we carry out corresponding profiling. We update this policy when our website or the underlying processing changes.
